1 . Who do you create your flower arrangements for?

a: We create all types of arrangements for homes, businesses, weddings and special events. However, our speciality is bespoke designs for discerning clients who desire an arrangement that is created according to their personality, branding, colour scheme and environment.

2. Are your flowers real?

a: No, our flowers look very realistic, because we use high-end flower stems and foliages we have spent a long time sourcing, to ensure we provide a high-quality product.

3. How much notice do you need to complete an arrangement?

It always depends on the project and design requested, but start from around two weeks (including the consultation and planning), whilst for a larger installation, we prefer six-week notice. However, timings can be altered, where a project may need to be done quicker.

4. Are your flowers available all year round?

As we only work with artificial flowers and not fresh ones, they are not seasonal and generally not a concern, depending on availability from our suppliers. This allows a wide variety of flowers to choose from, irrespective of the time of year.

5. What is a typical cost for a bespoke flower arrangement?

There are many factors to consider when pricing a floral arrangement and every client or event is different, so the costs involved can vary considerably. However, a bespoke flower arrangement can start from as little as £75, but the variables are many, and generally, it’s down to the client’s budget.

We will always try and do our best to work with you and within your budget, which will be discussed and agreed upon before working with you.

6. How do I arrange a meeting with you to discuss my requirements, is there someone I can talk to?

Yes, you can book one of our free one-to-one consultation meetings, which is currently being held on the Zoom platform. The consultation is a chance to discuss your ideas, plans, colours scheme, etc., which is arranged around a time that suitable for you. An interactive calendar will be sent to you via email to book a date for the meeting, you can contact us here to make a booking.

We offer three types of services, either where a client already has a specific style and design but requires our help to get there. We can work from a brief or work together as a team to achieve the desired results. Once completed, this will then be signed-off and approved, before posting or hand-delivered. The client is then left to install the arrangement themselves.

Another service where the client wants all of the above, but also requires our help, once completed, to do the installation. Or a service where the client prefers a complete hands-off service, with minimum input and the majority of designs, ideas are left to us. Florals of Splendour will then do the installation once completed.

7.  Payment

8.  What areas do you cover?

Our floral arrangement in our online shop can be shipped throughout the UK and our Gold Bespoke Service can also be delivered this way. Our Premium and Platinum Services deliveries and installations can be carried out throughout England, if agreeable by the client, but generally, we tend to work in areas closer to London, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, and other surrounding areas.

9.  When should I expect my delivery?

General, flowers arrive around 3-5 days after the arrangement has been completed (allow at least 7 days before you need it, to remove any unnecessary extra stress and worries), depending on agreed timings with the client.

If your order is to be installed at a venue, we can liaise directly with the management to organise the timings and settings for the installation. Allowing more time for you to relax.

10. How do I store flowers for a special event

Our flowers maintain very well with little effort and don’t really need any storage, but to avoid any accidents, you can keep them in a sealed box away from damp, radiators, sunlight, in a cool dry place would be perfect.
